Dr. Vasyl Filipchuk (born in 1971) is a Ukrainian diplomat, former spokesman of the Foreign Ministry of Ukraine (2005–2006)and Director of the EU Integration Department in the Secretariat of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine (2012–2013).
